Certification Exam

Not automatic. Not guaranteed. The exam tests your ability to independently diagnose a real public system. You must demonstrate competence in friction identification, GL variable extraction, citizen journey mapping, and report writing.

Pass → GL Verifier credential + public registry listing
Fail → No credential. No refund. One free retake. Second failure requires repeating the program.

You will be asked about both books during your interview. If you have not read them, please do not apply.
